Born in Brasília (Brazil), after a few months moved to São Paulo (Brazil) for 8 years, and then Salvador (Brazil) for 19 years, Barcelona (Spain) for 4 years to do a PhD, Dublin (Ireland) for the first post-doctoral position. Lived in Austin Texas where he worked at the Texas Advanced Computer Center, part of the University of Texas at Austin. Currently, lives in Petrópolis (Brazil) where he’s a Atos/BULL R&D laboratory manager.
